Insite Towers is a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure for South Africa’s foremost mobile network operators, including MTN, Vodacom, Rain, and Telkom. The company focuses on strategic impact investments that promote social upliftment and drive development across the country, with a particular emphasis on underdeveloped rural areas.

This capital raise was the first impact investment led by Stewards Investment Capital on South African soil. This opportunity arose at the intersection between our institutional clients seeking ethical and sustainable development, and our ability to dive into our networks to find the right investment partner. Capital raised for this project went towards financing the construction of over 100 new telecom towers in the Kwazulu-natal province of South Africa.
