Mauritius, 18 November 2024 – Stewards Investment Capital announces the successful raise of $ 6 million in bridge financing for Hollywood Circle Holdings LLC to support the conversion of its Circ Residences into condominiums.
Hollywood Circle Holdings LLC is the promoter, manager and owners of Hollywood Circle, a $ 400 million mixed-use development in Hollywood, Florida, USA. The property is a landmark property comprising of 386 luxury apartments, a 111-room hotel, and 60,000 square feet of prime retail space.
The bridge facility is a 4-year investment that was negotiated by Stewards Investment Capital on behalf of its clients that takes the form of a preferred equity investment with a fixed yearly dividend and a percentage profit share on the sale of the designated assets.
