The Apex Structured Liquidity Solution ("Apex") is a private equity fund specialising in business financing, including trade finance and merchant cash advances.
Apex is designed as a low-risk cash management solution, ideal for both private investors and corporate treasuries aiming to achieve returns near the prime rate (the interest rate that commercial banks charge their most creditworthy corporate clients), while ensuring equivalent or superior security/ collateral enforcement.
Initially a mezzanine finance product, Apex has delivered near-prime returns for nearly two years, before Stewards Investment Capital broadened its scope to appeal to a more diverse and sophisticated audience in 2023.
